Ridiculous bills

<p>Constantia metering recently took over where I stay for water services.... and goodness gracious their bills are preposterous!!!! Just within a month I am told I owe R800, this is just outrageous for a bachelor unit which by the way used to cost me R300 a month prior these mafias where called in to ****** our pockets!! I have even taken a decision to relocate since their attitudes are just as unbelievable!!!</p>
