Revolting Customer Service combined with unfair Refund policies

On the 1/10/2016 I paid an amount of R320 at a FNB ATM in Brooklyn for my monthly electricity bill. Mid October I received a call from one of the clerks at Constantia Metering advising me my account was in arrears. How? Was my next question to the lady calling as I had made payment. Looked 4 my POP couldn't find it. In discussing this issue with his lady, i was advised if i make a payment i will be refunded once they trace the other one. I then paid another R320 to avoid disconnection. I gave myself time to go to the FNB branch in Brooklyn where I was advised that indeed payment was made however I had used the branch code as a reference instead of correct reference. On 11/11/2016 I called the company and spoke to a lady by the name of Susan (receptionist) requesting for my refund. A polite call became a tongue lashing when I insisted that I want a refund. I quote "Who said u will get a refund? No we don't do refunds, we don't we don't " yelling @ me repeatedly. The call went to the extent of me reminding her that I am the client here....she has no right to raise her voice on me. She then put me through to her Admin Manager Leonie who also did not help the situation. Instead of listening to my story, she immediately dismissed my query by saying send me an e-mail. The instant e-mail solution comes from Leonie when I requested a document that says I their client cannot be refunded if they do refund me I need to pay for an administration fee of R70. Such barbarism! First the receptionist says No refund will be done, then the Admin Manager says refund will be done, under 1 condition that I pay for an administration fee. So much bewilderment for an aggrieved client who had to pay R640 unplanned in one month. Leonie simply brushed off my problem by saying you want a document in writing hen you send me an e-mail requesting such. I was furious at this stage at the service rendered to me. The was no courtesy at all. She just did not care, because there was a client in front of her. . .In my whole life working in the Customers centric environment I have never received such a revolting service. I was deeply hurt by the fact that I work in such an environment. I deal with clients on in a daily basis. The aim is never to please yourself as a company but to make ur clients happy.
