Poor Service

My electricity went off 28 Nov 2021 @17:18, called the emergency number and I was advised a technician will come assist. It's now the 29th Nov 2021 @11:48 and no technician came... What the meaning of emergency??? I've NEVER skipped any bill but this POOR SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
