Poor customer service and rude

First time using them and their services is poor Prepaid electricity installation 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮.They make you wait and not deliver when you so follow up you get shouted by the lady who answered the call at the department (Prepaid ) and Jaco is also unprofessional
