OWING R218, MY LIGHTS ARE SWITCHED OFF.

My lights are switched by Constantia Metering Services, what i do not understand is: They installed a Prepaid Meter for me, i only pay them Water usage. By the way my Water usage Bill, i am only owing R218. My Bill was R600 and something i only paid R400, please bear in mind. The Collection Letter i did not receive, they claim they left it with the Security at the Gate and they were advised by the Body Coperate. They did not send me an SMS, to notify me of the outstanding amount that must be paid. That is what they usually do, this time they did not do anything.<br> <br> another thing that i must bring to everyone's attention is: These people are charging us ridiculous Tarriffs for electricity and i am going to report this matter with Eskom.
