outrageous billing

Constantia metering manages water and sanitation accounts in our complex. I stay alone my bill has always been below R350 as I travel a lot and basically not at home much....I just received the bill now and it is a R1315.80. called to enquire about this ridiculous amount all one receives is bad customer service from the employees of this company.
