Inappropriate deceit

We have given notice to vacate 349 Bodenstein street, Erasmia. As you have sent a termination letter it was signed and returned. No reply received regarding my deposit to date. Dear Mercia please note the reading 37585 has been emailed to you with meter attached as we have vacated on Friday, 30st August 2019. As the owner together with MidCity are busy repairing installed an alarm which should not affect my electricity usage. They never did any repairs although repairs were required as per photographic evidence since inspection of my occupation. Kindly ensure Tshwane is paid up on time as previous month we were enlightened constantia does not remit payments timeously hence cannot be responsible for penalties and interest as we had power interruptions although we had paid timeously. Cannot tolerate this. Please reply as to my deposit being credited to my statement as we require a reconciliation statement.
