Disgusting Customer Service at Contantia Meetering

This is the most disgusting service provider that I have ever dealt with. Ubuntu doesn’t exist, customer care is ZERO, it’s like you owe them for their services. I am terrible disgusted. I sent in their offices to register after moving into a new flat and my agent asked me to drop my signed lease then she will come and sign and inthe meantime since the account was 0.00 they could connect as long as I have paid the deposit which discriminates as a foreign citizen my deposit fee is higher let me be specific R1450 and SA citizen R950 don’t even know what the difference of R500 would do to a foreigner. This is an apartheid era run organization. Calling the emergency line is a waste of time, you are answered by a rude lady who doesn’t give a damn. Her tone is scary let alone what comes out of her mouth. I am sorry such organizations deserves to be shutdown. Your call Centre or whoever it is must be sent for serious training and how to deal with clients who are paying her as well. Without us clients who will pay you???

You all deserve a ZERO rating don’t even know why such flats are still using you. Your service is pathetic.

If I could stand on top of Mt. Kilimanjaro to tell the world how pathetic and disgusting your service is I would without hesitation do that.
