<p>I currently reside at LA Mon villa in Pretoria, Montana and since constantia metering took over the water my bill has tripled. It went from 200 to 1300 per month, I paid an amount which I thought was reasonable 300 and they shut down my water and told me I need to pay an additional 700 to reconnect my water. I complainted several times only to be told that they are making losses and shifting those losses to tenants. Anyone wanting to move to LA Mon Villa (6th road in Montana pretoria) DONT do it. You will be charged a **** load of money for water and the management of the complex is very poor. Constania metering charges so much because the are running at a loss and they charge their clients so much to cover their losses, I have the confirmation in email by one their employees. LA Mon Villa complex is also not managed well and they are working together with Constania metering to rob clients and share the profits. This ********* business conduct should not be allowed to continue. If a lot of us report constantia metering, an investigation can be done on them and expose them for the theifs they really are. </p>
