Constantia Presmart ****

This company is a joke. No respect toward clients, terrible attitude and an even worse understandng of African Time. A total wast of time.<br> <br> On two accounts I paid in R100, not knowing their 'brilliant' system will not pick-up the payment. Apparently you have to pay over R110 for it to recognise the funds being allocated to your account. Great. I phoned them the whole morning and the guy who is personally responsible for this great thing. And no response. I got really fedup and paid in another R150 (now that I found this out from another person - not working at this place). The funds came into our account, but what doesn't make sense is that the first R100 makes 63 units and the second R100 adds up to 61 units. I smell a big fat rat. Are they making up the prices as they go along the day/ month / year?<br> <br> Furthermore, how can there be only ONE person who KNOWS how the Presmart metres work? Should there not always be a backup? This company is quite daft or reallly brave.<br> <br> This company is ridiculously bad in people skills, money matters and current affairs. And as you can see from HelloPeter, they do not get back to you, even on social media. <br> <br> DO NOT USE THEM. <br>
