Constantia Metering Price Hikes

If I could give it less than 1 Star I would. How does one go from paying around 1.5k for water and lights to paying 3k last month and now 5k this month. They are also very rude and defensive when asked for details on how the bill got that high. Last month I went there and there was a really long queue of people who suddenly experienced these ridiculous and insane price hikes. It is an absolute burden having anything to do with them.
