It’s the worst . They dupe costumers. They estimate the bills. What they do is very bad.wrong. Usually my monthly bill comes around R600.700.sometimes 1200. Which is also crazy because we are hardly home using electricity we don’t switch on the geyser at all. This month January the bill came R2600. How ? December no one was home. How do they come up with such a crazy amount they are not saying . They are saying we must go to the office to make a payment plan. For what? Those ****** *******. We always sending them our meter reading every month for most of the times they don’t come. Please people can we organise a March there for it to be closed and let City of Tshwane take over.this needs to be addressed they are doing ****************. Sorry it’s long .just I’m so frustrated
