CONSTANTIA METERING NIGHTMARE

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM AGENTS THAT CANNOT OFFER ASSISTANCE! I’m absolutely livid. I paid my account as I always do on the 30th of last month and to my shook I’ve been receiving letters of demand from constantia. I was not worried as I knew I had paid my account so I emailed my proof of payment. The following week I received a letter stating that I will be charged over R200 for that piece of paper and I should WhatsApp my proof of payment. I did that. I also called numerous times and my called go unanswered. I eventually got ahold of an agent who assured me that my problem will be resolved. 2 weeks later and I’m still receiving letters. Nobody has assisted thus far. I’m honestly sick and tired of the run around.
