constantia metering is fruadulent - Worst service

Constantia Metering is robbing people of money and charging bills that is ridiculous. We are 2 people in a flat, no heaters no tumble dryer, no children - Only 2 people that work the whole day. A bill of R3400.00 for a month all of a sudden. When querying this with Constantia Metering they refuse to assist and state this is the bill. All the other 30 flats in the building bills are more than double this month & Constantia Metering is refusing to assist. Last month when my bill was a higher than normal I also queried it, but paid it because I am afraid they will cut my power. But this month with a bill of R3400.00 I can't afford it as it is almost the amount of my rent. Constantia metering is *****ing money from me, and the rest of the people in Villieria Heights 25th avenue.
