CONSTANTIA METERING IS AN EXTREMELY ********** SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY STOLE R5, 664.64 FROM MY APARTMENT.

Constantia Metering is an extremely ********** and unprofessional service provider to associate one's prepaid electricity and water meter installations with. I contracted them to install a prepaid meter, collect Tshwane municipality service charges for electricity and pay over same to my apartment's Tshwane account some years back only for Tshwane municipality to come back to me in August 2022 with a disconnection order stating that Constantia Metering has not remitted a dime of what my apartment owes to them. We are talking probably for almost 4 to 5 years here. I submitted all needed documentations and gave the said Tshwane account number for the apartment way back but not a dime was paid. I then headed to the Tshwane municipality myself on the 24th of August, 2022 and to my surprise I got all these aforementioned revelation. I contact a lady by the name Sonja who was already so disrespectful and rude even to the Tshwane municipality consultant who was trying to help out and asked her why they have been collecting these traffics from electricity bought but never making payments of not even R1 of R5, 664.64 owed into my Tshwane account. Her flimsy response was oh they did not have the same account number I already gave a certain Johanna over the phone some years back. They have been collecting all these funds into their trust account and thereby generating interests in the process. Tshwane municipality now requests an extra "service/disconnection fee of over R3, 000 to be paid but to my surprise Constantia Metering doesn't want to take responsibility for their negligence and heinous act committed. Sonja to my surprise already sent me an email this morning saying Constantia Metering will not be paying for the penalties even though she said they are responsible for paying such and will pay up when I had a one-on-one meeting with her yesterday. I endeavor everyone not to utilize their services in making payments to the municipality E.V.E.R.
