Constantia is robbing people

<p>Constantia has charged me double for a water bill. They included rates from previous months, which I had already paid. When i call to enquire, they give me the run around for weeks. At first, the receptionist Alex told me the lady handling my account was unavailable, then I was transfered to someone who was supposed to help, i stayed on hold for and hour. Two weeks later, they are still unreachable.</p> <p>Please help!</p>
