Charging for services then not taking responsibiity

What a joke,another company that resells municipal resouces, in this case water. Take money every month and when there's a water issue they don't inform their clients. Yesterday no water, Today no water, water pressure out of a dry stone is better most days. Call them and get told theirs no issue, Sonja come look in my toilet and tell me theirs no water problem. So complaint going through to Thswane municipality and all other avenues, ****** vutures.
