BAD SERVICE and EQUALLY BAD ATTITUDE

This is complaint about bad service received from this company , my account was disconnected after payin around 1pm same day, was told takes 4hours to have my service connected around 9pm service was still not bad . I called after hours contact number and the lady working on 19/08/2015 shift had terrible attitude towards me , first phone jus rings an answered for long period Once she answers she's busy throwin an attitude and lies that the technician is already on his way.At 20:34pm when I called am told the technician is now busy somewhere and I should not be calling as it is my fault that myline was disconnected. I mean we all know that but do you really have to talk like that towards a customer of yours. 11pm am told the technician is stuck in traffic by the same extremely rude lady. This is on 20/08/2015 and my circuit has not been connected. This is really terrible bad service from this company.
