BAD SERVICE and EQUALLY BAD ATTITUDE

2nd day now my circuit still has not been reconnected this comes after I was told it takes 4-5hours for reconnection. I paid around 1pm on 19/08/2015 its 20/08/2015 been given a run-around by a lady who answered the after hours line yesterday at 05:24pm .She's a **** and has very bad attitude not good for business, first she tells me technician is on his way already at 5:24pm at 20:24pm am told its my fault line was disconnected , I mean really though\! and I shouldn't be putting pressure on them to reconnect . What type of business employs people like these. 11:35pm my last call am told technician is in traffic he will get there when ever I should just "chill\"" . its now 20/082015 still my circuit is down. This is terrible service from this company who are so quick when they need to disconnect slow when they need to reconnect and give u an attitude rude stinking behaviour on top of it. """
