Bad customer service

I called Constantia metering enquiring about why they ripping me off. With their electricity units. The person who answered the call Monique told me that I shouldn't be calling them then I asked for the number I should call for me to get helped. She started shouting at me telling me that I have the number on my contract. I told her to please give me the contact info she shouted with a louder voice while giving me the number. I know that Constantia has been ripping people off their electricity units. Because I stayed in Magalieshof they fixed it and now they doing the same thing with Abany. They need to sort it out, now I did not get the number I should call because the lady was very rude
