Education system so disappointing

I app**** at the school on the 1st day of GDE admissions and just because my workplace is 5.4 km's away my application was denied, no real reason what so ever. Am so disappointed in our education system, even the District has no interest in assisting parents, you plead as though this is free education, meanwhile I will be paying school fees.
