Wost Insurance Compny of all time!!

What appalling service from Constantia Insurance Group - VAPSURE. I've been phoning and emailing this insurance company to finalize the claim on mu husband vehicle which has been written off in October. I logged the claim 6 September today its more than a month and still they haven't made the payment to MFC to settle this claim. Every time I get the same lame excuse its with management for approval or its with management for payment. This is absolutely ridiculous now we had to pay End September for a vehicle which we dont have and most probably will have to pay again end October for a vehicle we no longer have, because of this non existing service from VAPSURE.
