Worst Insurance ever

So in 2017 bought an Audi A4 2014 model from a reputable dealership. Drove the car for 6 months before i was in an accident in June 2017, that time was paying premiums every month at this company. Come claim time it was rejected because of an inspection. fast forward to 2019 i wrote my 1st review on hello peter around March, April about my car still being stuck at some storage place. In August wrote another review the company only responded after the second review telling me that they had paid storage fees in April 2019, funny part no one informed me about it so my car was still stuck at the storage place. I called the place where my car was kept and they told me i had to pay from May 2019 till August 2019. According to them my insurance was supposed to inform to come fetch my car it was not their responsibility to call me. I had to pay R 23 173 to have my car released from that place.
