WAS THIS A ****?

(This might be a repeat, but my first attempt at writing this review might not have gone through). Basically I am being given the run-around by Prime Meridian. They sold me 2 Funeral policies, or that is what they told me many years ago. Now they tell me they were Life policies! I have also found out that, as far they are concerned, I took out the policy with a company called Constantia and all they do is the paperwork or something? I have never heard of Constantia but Prime Meridian obviously knows them! What has really shocked me is that I have just found out that the policies have been cancelled - by Constantia. AND I am not getting a cent! I don't know why because all my debit orders went through, and nobody will call me back to explain after they assure me that they will. I am in absolute shock. All I have been told is that they sent me an SMS which I have not seen. How on earth can a business operate that way. Has anybody else had this experience?
