VERY! VERY! DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!!

My Uncle passed away a month ago on 21st February 2020 - the people that I am dealing with are a bunch of In-Human people....Firstly the Policy was paid on time every month for the passed 8 years. They are now finding every excuse not to pay and till date my poor Uncle's Ashes are still sitting at a Funeral Home as we cannot afford to pay for it and were relying on the policy to assist. It is discussing that you can treat people like this and still close your eyes and sleep at night while families are suffering at your hands. I would personally urge anyone who is considering taking out a policy of any kind not to consider this Company. They will suck the life and energy out of you to get hold of anyone in the department you need to call about 7 times before you get assistance and still it's only promised and more waiting for responses till you are blue in your face. I just hope that how you are treating innocent people comes back to haunt you......
