Unfair Treatment for South African senior citizens
My mother Thembeka Regina Timoti. 73 years old had been used and dished away by PMD. She had a funeral policy with them from 2015. She recently told me she recieved a call from an agent telling her that all funeral policies are cancelled.
Ever since I have been monitoring my mothers health as she suffer from diabetics and high blood pressure.
This is not right for 5 years she has been paying premiums and she was told theres nothing she can get out of the policy.

After she received the call saying that her policy will be cancelled then she have been suffering from stress, hypertension and high blood pressure.
And up until today nothing have been done yet.

26 Sept 2020, 19:49Today is the 26 September 2020.
To ask for a statement showing the amount owing and the amount paid is actually asking for basic service delivery especially for a funeral or a life policy.
Up until today I have not recieved a debit order form to complete to ease the process of making payments.
This is not a good way to start a clean slate.
What do I need to do? To be treated like a customer or client or whom ever I am labeled as.
