Third party claim

Please deal with your Recoveries and Liabilities Consultant - Nkuli N****eni, she is not capable of handling clients, she is soooo rude. I've had an encounter with her rudeness two times already. To cut the story short, on Friday last I followed up on case CCI****11 for the incident that happened on 1 August 2018. She informed me that they are finalizing the case and I will be receiving feedback latest today. I called again today around 16:00, gave her the case number but guess what she couldn't assist as she wanted me to give her the name of their client which I had forgotten. I was surprised cause it was the first time I was requested to provide such information whereas I have the case number. I got so ****ed in such a way that I told her I'll be taking the case up with my lawyers or her managers.

Can someone please intervene to have this case finalized.
