They so unprofessional and disrespect

Their service is so unprofessional and disrespectful I joined Their legal insurance called Legal Defender, while I was paying for my police I requested Their legal service boom my police was transferred to Legal Guardians without even consulting with me 1st Legal Guardians call me to assist, while we were in the middle of the case, I complained about their service, guess what I received a threatening and disrespectful email coming from the so called Director calling himself JP van Emmenis, threatening of canceling my policy if I don't apologize to the consultant for raising my concerns about their poor service. I refused to apologize, until today they no longer taking debit orders but I didn't received any cancellation letters, I don't even know if I'm still covered or not I've been having legal policies for over 20 years I've never seen such disaster in my life.
