stop deducting my money

This company has been deducting from my mom payslip, we try contacting them to stop deducting money, they said we must email and fax them however nothing happen, this is becoming annoying because my mom is having financial difficulty and that amount of R299 that they are debiting can make a lot of difference . please call my mom on ***
