STILL NO RESPONSE on claim no:VAPSUR-615

Still no luck with claim VAPSUR-615 this insurance really is the worst ever. After i reviewed this company last month, they responded with more papers to sign and a settlement amount. After checking with the panel beaters on the agreed amount, i signed the papers and sent them back to Mr Ernest Mpholo as he was assigned to deal with this matter. It was said payment will be made 30 days after receiving the papers. So knowing the company, i decided to contact them 7 days after i sent the papers, only to find out that Mr Ernest Mpholo resigned, and no one knows anything about my claim. this insurance really is terrible.
