*****ing money

I have had no dealings with this company but out of the blue I have a R47.00 taken of my bank acc. I have been trying to phone and find out what is going on with no luck.

After sending a mail I got a returned mail from a Melissa. Been trying to phone her but the phone just ring. After googling the company I manage to get to speak to a Gavin . He was very surprised and ask me to copy him in on my next mail to Melissa.

I am shocked that a big company like Constantia Insurance can just start taking (*****ing) money out your back acc. How many other people has a small amount taken out there bank acc
