Small Claim is still pending for two months
I have been promised that the payment for my claim will be made last Monday and Tuesday. I still waiting even today.
I am being taken from pillar to post. Everyday stories.
If the insurer is giving me the run arounds with this small claim, what would happen when I have a vehicle claim. This is such an inconvenience! I spent my long weekend without a TV. There was a TV on special which ended on Friday. I called again on Wednesday last week to follow up. I was promised by Sanet (dcig) that the payout was going to happen last Thursday or Friday the latest. I waited and waited. I am very disappointed☹
