Shocking Insurance Service

We changed short term insurance in November with our Broker being Voorpos and the insurance, Constantia insurance. Unfortunately the brakes failed on my one car and another vehicle smashed into me. We submitted the claim it took more than two weeks for the claim to be processed and the process itself was not customer focused at all. My car was written of and I purchased a new car unfortunately we we part of a attempted hijacking in that rocks were place in the road when we traveled back home during the night on the 1st of December and my new car had damage as well and had to go to the panel beaters. It took nearly two months for me to receive my car back the claim was submitted on the 2nd we only received feedback on the 14th of December that authorization for repairs was given. However after all this today on the 10th of February at 16:15 we receive a email without any previous communication that our insurance has been cancelled effective the same day. No notice nothing. There had been no wrong doing from our side ***** nothing just the unfortunate incidents in a short space of time where to accidents occurred. The last time I had been involved in an accident was back in 1993. The service has been frustrating. The way we have been dealt with in terms of the termination of the insurance suddenly and without notice is shocking. I would advise any person considering Voorpos or Constantia insurance to **** twice there are by far more better options in the market.
