Bunch of *******, have been paying the living legacy plan for my mum for the past 5 years, she is 64 years old currently. Never missed a premium. Today i get a call that the policy will be canceled without any reason and that all the premiums paid is forfeited. At this age, my mum wont be able to get cover elsewhere. This is the most ********* way of doing business. The financial services board should look into this practice.. This is in no way treating customers fairly. Please contact me, on ***, and also mail me. This matter will be forwarded to both the ombudsman and the financial services board, like myself, i am sure many clients have been ****** by this **** of a company.
