Release of my car
Took out car insurance with them six month later was involved in a car accident, claim was not paid because apparently my car didn't go for a check up that was in 2017. Now I'm having a battle with them because their consultant said my car would be released from the storage place and I would be called for an address to where it should be towed to. I even have recordings of our conversation but to this day my car hasn't been released.

My Policy number is COMB- ********** 4 and your Group Market Conduct Officer Mr. Baynes takes months to reply my mails and when he does the only thing he tells me is that my case has been closed how is it closed when my car is still stuck at the storage place?
