Provide feedback to paying customers.

I handed my phone in at a Telkom store for repairs on the 1st February of 2021 and was told I would be contacted with regards to my claim. To date I have not received any communication regarding my claim. The phone continuosly rings unanswered. May i please receive feedback on what is happening with my cellphone? The lack of communication is disappointing!
