Prime meridian ripped me off

I had taken a cash back funeral cover in 2011and have been faithfully paying for he premiums for the policy for the last years knowing that when i need to do my mum's funeral the funds will be readily available, however I received an email stating that they are cancelling the policy and I should not be concerned. I immediately called the attorneys which was ARA and I was told the Constantia was the underwriters of these policies and prime meridian is no longer handling these policies.

I was then told that the premiums I paid for the last 9 years will be disregarded as this is a risk policy. So now I trying to get answers from prime meridian who has been debiting my bank account loyaly every month for the last 103 months and now choose to side track and pass all responsibility to constantia who enturn are totally lost and then you have the so called attorney AKA attorneys who sends sarcastic emails saying no to worry when I'm actual fact they are ripping innocent citizens of their monies.

This is unacceptable as we have been faitfhul with our payments and don't deserve this kind of treatment and beaten around the bush. I demand answers and resolutions. Communication should not be sent to clients if you do not have answers for us.

If anyone has policies with prime meridian....good luck. The service is pathetic
