Prime meridian Living Cover Grow/ Constantia

Good day, I rate your service -0, my dad took out your living cover grow (life cover policy ) 5 years ago, he has paid his premium every month without fail, he has waiting periods for 36 months which have already been completed. We get an SMS 28 Feb to state the policy is being cancelled, I called Prime meridian, they now state they are the administrator, even though they having been deducting the premiums every month and the brochure states prime meridian, they state that its actually constantia's products, both prime meridian and constantia are not providing answers, I called both service providers over the past 2 weeks about 12 times, prime meridian refers you to constantia, at constantia no one is available, they take your number and no one calls you back. I also sent numerous emails no response. I called Prime meridian regarding the premium for February, was advised to continue as the cover will be continued with constantia as they will offer an alternative product. I reported this to the ombud and Im seeking legal advice, my father is now 64 and cannot get life cover.
