Prime meridian /constantia *********** client

I had taken life insurance through prime meridian in 2012 for both my parents and this year 2020 my ****her passed on. I had submitted my claim together with all the necessary documentation only to be given a series on telephone numbers and eventuality a number of Constantia the underwriter who informed me a day ago of my policy lapsing two months before my ****hers passing. Now do the the math, I had paid since 2012 for a R20 000 payout and I paid till 2020,an excess of R30 000. Convenient for them they try get away from payout even though they know my policy was paid up. This is the worst and ********** company who needs to be aired what they do to their clients. I intent taking this to the news papers as well. It's been two weeks since my ****hers passing and this is what they do to their customers. They claim all their clients new that they moved their life insurance from prime meridian to constantia. They never contacted me instead took all my hard earned money's for 8 years!!
