Please note, Constantia Insurance Company Limited is the insurer of your policy and has been so since its inception. Prime Meridian Direct (Pty) Ltd was the insurer’s appointed intermediary for product distribution and administration.

The SMS communication and pending cancellation of your policy was independently initiated by Constantia Insurance Company in their capacity as the Insurer and is outside the scope of our mandate.

And this above is the reply after numerous calls to get my claim sorted. They just take your money's!! What justice is there. No written letter of any changes yet my bank account was bedited for 8 years!! 8Years and now with death in the family this is all they have to say.. Prime Meridian / Constantia a bunch of *****!
