Poor service

Could someone please assist me. I have sent you guys 2 e mails already and no feedback yet. During the year 2023 I have created a profile and paid the R 25 admin fee N further went on to upload all the necessary supporting docs that you guys required. I logged on to the website today and it stared I need to pay the R 25 admin fee again. This is unacceptable and yiyr service is poor. Please can I get assistance asap. Why am I being told to Register and PAY THE ADMIN FEE AGAAAIIINNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
