Poor Communication|| Poor Service

I insured my Apple Watch in April 2022. My account has been debited for the last 3 months. I decided to cancel my insurance with this company because of horrible communication. I didn’t even receive policy documents to confirm cover. I sent an email more than 5 business days ago to cancel and still no answer. Pathetic. There are so many more insurers that actually care that I can give my business to. Also disappointed in istore for having this company as their recommended insurer.
