PMD *******

I purchased a "living Grow life policy" (R1 000 000 cover) from PMD 4 years a ago and have paid my premium of R449.00 p/m without fail for the last 4 years. At the beginning of March 2020 I received am SMS telling me that due to regulatory changes in the industry this policy is going to be cancelled as at the 31/03/2020. How does this work?. So basically PMD stole my money for the last 4 years and left me and my family without financial cover. When I contacted them they simply said that they are only the policy managers and that I should contact the underwritters " Contantia Insurance". They assured me someone would contact me and explain- Yeah Right!!! It is sleaze ball companies like these two that give the industry the ****ty reputation it has. If you need to make a fire and these companies are the only one selling matches, rather Rub two sticks together than support them. Hopefully the the current financial meltdown in the country will destroy and eradicate these low lifes and their directors who profit from this type of behavior.
