PMD and constantia cancelling of policies

To whom it may concern

There are thousands of people who have policy with primeridian / Constantia insurance We have a big dalemna on hands, i took out a disablity and cancer policy LG*** - 3 years old now at R449pm with primemeridian and constantia insurance is underwriters, got sms stating out policy is to be cancelled end march 2020 no proper explanations and i have called them number of times and emailed them and not proper explanations or even offers for another option, my hubby took out lifecover LG*** which is nearly 5yrs old R1499pm and now his to is to be cancelled with no explanation or alternative options, problem is my hubby is 69yrs old may and due to his ill health he will never be able to take out another lifecover, he took this policy to take care of his family..There are thousands of other people in similar situation and this is not right, we work hard for our covers and to live on and this is how these people carry on with out livelihoods, they still carry on taking debit orders, please we need your help with this as we have not other options at moment, we also wrote to ombudsman and no replies from them either...…
