Pay out short after house *******

I was ****** on the 24th of November 2017. AA is the the insurance company and their financial underwriters Constantia. On Monday I sent them a list of all items ******, damaged and requiring replacement. I also sent an afir davids done at the local police station along with the case number from the police investigators.

They asked me to do quotes...I did so. They then also did their own quotes from New World. I then got called from New World to come and collect new items. I went and then was given only some items. New World said they dont have stock on certain things and would refer the approved list back to AA (Constantia Insurance) for payout of the difference.

Guess what, since then I have been struggling to get that amount paid out. Now Constantia who have subsequently left AA or AA left them...not sure, is doing everything to not pay out...They supp**** two thirds of the items but now suddenly want proof of ownership of an item I have had for 8 years. I supp**** them with a payment slip clearly showing the supplier and the value...but now they want an invoice.

So, now I have decided to go to the industry ombudsman and also will get legal advice as the outstanding amount is over 10K. I will also claim for discomfort and legal costs from Constantia.

I will advise people not to use AA or Constantia until they can get their act right. AA is not what it used to be, a reputable service provider...clearly not any more. I al also going to spend some money and place some ads in local newspapers...I am sorry but I am not going to let this poor service pass by.
