PAY MY PREMIUMS BACK

A week ago l wrote a review about a life insurance cover l took 4 years ago, been paying my premiums every month, and they decide to cancel it. I received a call from a Mitchell Govendor(head of department) telling me that l won't get my premiums back because they were entitled to cancelling my policy and I'm not getting my money because l didn't claim! How do l claim a life cover when am still alive? Constatia insurance company all l want is my premiums back. No interest whatsoever. Can anyone assist me
