PATHETIC SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Pathetic service, no professionalism, no turnaround times. For 4 days in a row I have been calling and leaving the voice messages. No one is answering the phones. One of their agents contacted me but could not give me answers why I was debited double for two months in a row. She sent me an email from her personal gmail to say that they were still investigating. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! In case someone feels the need to offer services, my policy number is THTT000148, you will find my contact details. I will be lucky if I get a call.
