PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!

We have been paying for life cover for over 2 years every month for two policies - My mothers & Fathers One day - they decided that they do not do life cover and sends an email to cancel my parents cover... We had asked if all the money we had paid had moved to another fund - they said no We had asked if we will be getting all our premiums back - they said no.. We are absolutely disgusted and devastated with what they have done to us.. All those premiums are gone to someones pocket.. Pathetic!
