Paid upfront out my pocket now apparently no idea when i will be refunded.

I signed a two year policy with Insure Africa, I app**** for approval of fixing my vehicle for a while, yet time was always an issue and funds too. I was instructed to take my vehicle in for Quotes and repairs and submit the documents back to them for payment. I did this, the following amount was paid from my pocket as insureafrica said they will refund me )R6213.00 & R8344.00. Now I am informed that they are liquidated, and they are not sure when payment will be done. I am paying a monthly policy and demand service / refund that was approved in writing to be paid out to me ASAP. I need urgent answers and I also want my refund. This is extremely poor service.
