Novation IS PATHETIC ,Worst service ever .

The worst service ever Novation , I have dealt with Outsurance and Old Mutual Insure and have received outstanding service then because times are tough you Opt for cheaper PATHETIC ,PATHETIC insurance that knows nothing about Honesty and integrity I would NEVER EVER take out any cover with Novation group Not even if you paid me to . They are pathetic they asked for this and that ,of which I provided them with all that they required , after Novation towing my car from KZN on the 22nd to of Sept 2019 to Gauteng because the risk address they have for me is Gauteng as per they towing authorization , They come back to me on 30th of Sept 2019 saying I do not have cover . when I ask them why then did you arrange to tow my car they say the policy was active .I have no words for such service ...Its worse than Pathetic
